The User shall not use the Services for sale of prohibited products or services including but not limited to:
Adult Products
Pornographic
Alcohol
Medicines, drugs and drug accessories
Live or dead animals including their parts and products
Gender test kits for babies
A product/material/service that cannot be sold on an e-commerce platform
Any article, material, or service that a law may at any time declare to be illegal.
Products containing tobacco, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and related products
Items or materials that can be used for illegal or unlawful purposes
Goods and materials that are counterfeit or infringe upon any intellectual property rights
Currency, Negotiable Instruments, etc.
Fire Arms, parts thereof and ammunitions, weapons, knives, sharp-edged etc.
Financial Services
Grey market product
Event tickets
Hazardous materials such as oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids), acid, fireworks, explosives, flammable adhesives, poison, hazardous chemicals, etc.
Human remains or skeleton
Liquefied Petroleum Gas cylinder
Maps and literature showing the wrong boundary between India and the neighboring countries
Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
Government related items
Radioactive Materials
Documents issued by the government, such as passports
Stocks and other securities or related financial products
Any other sanctioned or prohibited items as per law.
